You can email me or fill out my contact form. I will email you to schedule an initial 15 minute phone consultation where I will gather more information about what brings you to treatment and whether I might be a good fit for your needs. After initial consultation, we will schedule a regular session schedule.

My office is located in the historic Hollywood Athletic Club at 6525 Sunset Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90028. I provide both in-person and remote sessions.

Yes! There is a large parking lot behind the Hollywood Athletic Club on Schrader Blvd. I can provide full reimbursement. There is also plenty of metered street parking around the building.

Therapy is a process. It is not uncommon to periodically feel weird as the work deepens. However, you may notice that old patterns lose influence over your choices and sense of aliveness. Overtime, the distress that motivated the start of treatment changes and eases.

My fee is $225 per individual session. Invoices are paid for through a HIPPA compliant online platform that we will discuss after initial consultation. I offer sliding scale fees dependent on current availability and demonstrated patient need.

I do not currently accept insurance. However, I can provide superbills which can be submitted to insurance providers for reimbursement.

Psychoanalytic therapy depends on regular contact. We will meet at least once a week. We may also add additional weekly sessions if appropriate and possible.

Yes! I provide HIPPA complaint video telehealth sessions throughout California. We can also meet over the phone if preferred.

Yes. Everything discussed in therapy is strictly confidential, barring mandated reporting laws which will be reviewed during the first session.

Yes! I love working with young people 3 years old and up. Collaborating with caregivers is often an important part of working with kids, and I welcome discussion with their caregivers throughout the process.

Play therapy participates in play as a child’s way of expressing feelings and experiences. A play therapist uses play to uncover and work through a child’s underlying emotional conflicts, supporting lasting emotional growth rather than just behavioral modification.

There are many treatment modalities that offer therapeutic value. Psychodynamic therapy is based in psychoanalytic theory and addresses the roots of suffering to support enduring change—not just symptom management. My approach aims to cultivate capacities for thinking, feeling, and creativity to engender a greater sense of agency and aliveness.
