My Approach
Psychodynamic therapy helps you understand how unconscious patterns shape your present state of mind for enduring psychological change.
My approach to psychotherapy is rooted in the living tradition of psychoanalysis. Each therapeutic meeting is a creative opportunity for personal transformation. Through regular contact, treatment facilitates the cultivation of insight, expansion of emotional awareness, and invites us to become more at home in our lives. My aim is to help you feel more alive and capable of meaningful choices.
My practice is intimately informed by education and training in cultural anthropology. I have a deep appreciation for the diversity of human experiences and welcome all identities and backgrounds into my practice. I especially enjoy facilitating the exploration and integration of social, cultural and spiritual experiences.
